How we handle reviews

  • 01

    The source is shown

Every card states where the review came from: client list, Google, WhatsApp or Facebook. We keep the first name, date and neighbourhood.

  • 02

    The client's words

We do not correct style or spelling. A review written in Arabic, Spanish or Portuguese stays in its language; the French translation is flagged when one exists.

  • 03

    Criticism stays

A 3 or 4 out of 5 is not removed. We reply in public, including when we have returned to put something right.

We do not buy reviews, trade them for a discount or rewrite them. If something is still unresolved, tell us before posting: we come back.

Area covered: Agadir, Taghazout, Tamraght, Aourir and neighbouring communes.
